Dubai Creek, or Al Khor in Arabic, is a 9-mile-long stretch of water coming from the Persian Gulf into Dubai. It divides the city into the two boroughs of Deira and Bur Dubai. Take a dinner cruise and see what you can spot from the water...
At the second-largest public park in Dubai, you can have a barbecue, fly-fish, ride horses, and view the beautiful gardens.
Take a break from the glitz and glam and visit this 1533 acre sanctuary located in the middle of the desert where over 65 bird species live. The flamingo feeding time at 3:00PM!
To get from Bur Dubai to Deira, try the abra, Dubai's unique, affordable floating taxi, offering great views! Or cruise on a dhow and eat dinner while enjoying the city at night!
Open from October to April, this attraction shares the history of Dubai. Wander past traditional houses as you hear about Bedouin culture, and local industries like pearl diving.
Your one-stop-shop for creekside recreation. Eat a meal fit for a sheikh, play golf, reenergize at a wellness spa, or treat yourself to a night at the luxurious Park Hyatt Dubai.
All year-round
The first abra leaves at 5:00AM and they run until midnight. Take this into account when planning your activities around the Creek.
An abra journey costs one dirham, one way. Otherwise, prices will depend on your chosen activities.
Creek metro station is on the Green Line and is quite close to the water. It even crosses underneath!
The Dubai city tour was great, we had the privilege of experiencing the tour without any other tourists. Our tour guide Ahmat was very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell that he really enjoys his job. We got to see so many places that would have taken quite some time to see on our own. Definitely very beneficial to have a guide alongside with you explaining Dubai’s incredible history and traditions. Would do again!
I enjoyed every minute of my tour. The guide was very enthusiastic. I felt like I was strolling round with a friend. She showed me every corner of history in the old town and the souks. I will definetely return to Dubai and see her again. I strongly recommend her to all travellers that wish to have a private tour in the historical side of dubai. Thank you
He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind! This was the best tour we got in Dubai, from culture, and faith all the way to shopping. Mohammed even helped with the bargaining and he knows the spots for the best quality and prices at the Souks. The way he tells the story of Dubai, and how he explains traditions is amazing. Totally recommend him!
Great day with Ahmed and Jaqoob. We never would have been able to see so much on our own. Having a driver made everything so much easier. They were both extremely friendly, courteous and professional and knew lots about the city. It was a long day, but worth it. We especially loved walking around the Dubai Marina.
Mohammed is an excellent tour guide and photographer. I enjoyed my time with him very much! He is kind, flexible, knowledgeable about the city and the shops. He took his time answering a ton of questions from myself and the rest of the group. I learned so much! I would definitely do this tour again,
