- Due to COVID-19, guided tours are not allowed in St. peter's Basilica at the moment
- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements.
- All visitors must pass through airport-style security. During high season the wait at security may be up to 30 minutes.
- Please note that St Peter's Basilica can be closed last minute for private services.
- Your guide will give you an introduction to the basilica and you are free to decide how long you want to stay inside
