Rockettes were great. Your company didn't notify that the window tour was at 10 am on Wednesday and due to our flight time we could not make that. Due to an illness of an employee you didn't offer it on Thursday so I didn't get the full value of what I purchased. Could not do it on Friday cause I had booked another 9/11 tour with you. I really derserve some type of compensation. At this point I would not recommend your services.

  • 9/11 Tour & All Access: 9/11 Memorial, Museum & Observatory

    2. 9/11 Tour & All Access: 9/11 Memorial, Museum & Observatory

Remember the terrible events of 11 September 2001 on a 9/11 walking tour, and journey through the former World Trade Center in New York. Guided by New Yorkers with a personal connection to 9/11, the tour includes personal anecdotes and touching stories of tragedy and heroism. Meet at St. Paul's Chapel to see the church that miraculously survived the falling buildings and debris, despite being only a block away from the World Trade Center. It became a makeshift rescue center in the aftermath and its iron fence became a bulletin board where family members posted notices of their missing loved ones. Hear heroic stories of the emergency responders at the Firefighter's 9/11 Memorial Wall, and see the Engine and Ladder Company 10/10, the fire station at Ground Zero. Finally, enter the 9/11 Memorial, where you can pay your respects to those who lost their lives. See the Reflecting Absence Mem...

Excellent guide, he was great. We saw a lot more than we could have on our own, Everything was so interesting and well guided. We were disappointed that the tower portion of the tour was cancelled but that was beyond the tour’s control an we were exhausted anyway so that was no real problem. I would do this tour anytime and would strongly recommend It to anyone.

What people are saying about New York City

Phenomenal Tour. Highly Recommend. Learned a lot and saw what we wanted to see in the Village. My daughter was visiting NYU and getting to know the neighborhood was extremely important to us. We couldn’t have had a better guide than Evan. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and just plain perfect human being to be sharing his talents with others. I’d take this tour again but would pay the extra to have a private tour with Evan for he really was that good!

Regardless of who you travel with, it's a fun activity to do. Would be nice to do with friends or family :) This activity was a good mix of sightseeing and getting to know the city better, and entertaining enough if you are tired from exploring the city. The ticket exchange was very convenient and the instructions on the voucher made everything easy to find.

Our tour guide was Chris Triebel. He was very entertaining and knew what he was talking about. As for the tour, it was amazing seeing all the theatres and learning the history behind them. Broadway isn't open yet, but this tour is the next best thing.

Loved to hear all about the details on Broadway and Times Square. A lot of great history and details of the various historical theaters!!
